Description
The FBI intends to establish a sole source procurement contract for West Group Legal Education Subscription for the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) to allow for continued access to CLE Resources and to remain apprised of changing laws, court rulings, regulations, and other legal matters. The CLE materials are resources that comprise West LegalEd Center are proprietary to the vendor West Publishing (West, a Thomson Reuters business), which is the only source that provides adequate resources to meet OGC’s needs.
