Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:  California

City:  Stockton

Delineated Area:

North: Start at Rio Blanco Rd & Eight Mile Rd, continue on Eight Mile Rd. to Thornton Rd

East: From Thornton Rd. continue onto Pacific Ave., then to Harding Way, then to Pershing Ave., then to Interstate 5

South: Continue on Interstate 5 continue to Highway 4

West: From Highway 4, turn onto S. Woodbro Road, continue onto Burns Cutoff Road, continue onto Windmill Cove Road, cross over San Joaquin River onto W. Rindge Road to Rindge Tract Island to Atherton Road to N Rio Blanco Road

Additional Requirements:

  • The building shall be more than 1,000 feet from residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics and/or day care facilities.
  • 24-hour access to the building and secured parking is required.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”] floodplain).
