Reverse Osmosis System-Replacement

The United States Naval Academy has a requirement for a Singular Reverse Osmosis System as Outlined in the Statement of Work. Please see below:

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written  solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on Sam.gov (https://sam.gov/).

The RFQ number is N0018923Q0567. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 (effective 23 June 2023) and DFARS Publication Notice 20230817  (effective 17 August 2023). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 221310 and the Small Business Standard is $41.0 Million The proposed contract action is for Comercial Services for which the Government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price delivery order and intends to utilize a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Reverse Osmosis System-Replacement to the United States Naval Academy.

Quotes are due no later than 15 September 2023 at 1:00 P.M. (EDT). The quotes shall be valid for no less than 180 days from the date of RFQ closing, a statement affirming this fact shall be included in the Introduction.

This combined synopsis/solicitation shall not be construed as a contract, a commitment to contract, or a commitment by the Government incurring an obligation of any kind.
