Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from this solicitation. Please reference Attachment 1 - SF1449 for additional details regarding the BPA.

1. The solicitation number is FA486124R0003. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded.

2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05, effective 8 August 2023.

3. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as Small Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code is 812332, Small Business Size Standard $47.0M.

4. Contractor shall provide a service to clean, wash, and dry Individual Protective Equipment for the 99 Logistics Readiness Squadron, 820 Red Horse Squadron, and 555 Red Horse Squadron. The requirement shall be provided in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

5. Offeror’s shall provide a completed Price List (see “Attachment 3 – Price List”).

6. Delivery Schedule:  2 December 2023 to 1 December 2028

    Delivery Location:  Nellis AFB, NV

    FOB Point: Destination

7. Offers are due no later than Friday, 17 November 2023 at 10:00am PST. Only offers submitted electronically, via email, will be considered for this requirement.
