The DLA AVIATION is issuing this source sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for NSN 5315-01-318-9274, Pin, Straight, Headed. There are three approved sources for this item, RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORP., (CAGE 52661), under part number P/N 4070357, RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORP., (CAGE 77445) under part number P/N 4070357 and M.S. AEROSPACE INC., (CAGE 0UCY9) under part number P/N 4070357. Technical Orders and Qualification Requirements are not available. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated maximum annual quantity is 360 each. Unit prices will be established at the time of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510.
