Medical Referral Services MEPCOM Industry Day

This Special Notice is to announce that the Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX will conduct a Pre-solicitation Conference for Medical Referral Services. This requirement provides Medical Referral Services to the USMEPCOM Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS), to include supporting satellite cities, and remote processing stations (RPS) throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  The Conference/Industry Day will take place at 9:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) on MS Teams.

Medical Referral Services has been determined to be commercial in nature.  The North American Industry Classification System Code for this requirement is 621111 Office of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialist) and the size standard is $16,000,000.00.

The requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures.  No official solicitation has been posted at this time for medical referral services.  However, a draft solicitation, is posted with this requirement and key areas that will be in the solicitation once posted.  The solicitation W81K04-24-R-0001 will be issued later as a Request for Proposal and will be posted on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite at (https://piee.eb.mil/).

Interested parties must register for the industry day and submit questions via email regarding the draft solicitation, to maria.g.fidone.civ@health.mil, Monica.perkins3.civ@health.mil  and Yvonne.Y.Camarce.civ@health.mil by 2 August 2023, 12 p.m. CST.  Subject line on the email must state (Industry Day Medical Referral Services – Company Name).

Interested parties shall provide the following information for representatives attending industry day conference:  Company Name, Name(s), Email address, and Phone Number for each attendee. Also provide the type of business set aside and business size standard.  Information regarding MS Teams dial in conference number and any updates will be provided on https://piee.eb.mil/ before 8 August 2023.
