Description

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort McCoy (MICC-McCoy) intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Aircraft Carrier Hornet Foundation for Port Operations Billeting and Feeding Services. Aircraft Carrier Hornet Foundation is the only source to replicate a real-world Port Supply Activity(PSA) which simulates a berthed naval vessel. Market research has demonstrated that Aircraft Carrier Hornet Foundation is the only responsible source able to meet the government's requirement for the specified services.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 15 May 2023, 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time (CST), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 15 May 2023, 10:00 A.M. Central time to MICC - Fort McCoy, Melissa T. Larson at melissa.t.larson.civ@mail.mil.
