The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Nashville District is requesting feedback to improve the attached DRAFT RFQ. After reviewing the attached document, please feel free to answer the following questions in an email response:

2.  What aspects of this RFQ do you see that need improvement and/or additional details presented? 

3.  Do the specifications seem consistent? If not, where do you see inconsistencies? 

4.  Are there any additional details you would like to include in this review?
