Amendment 0004 - Update to Proposal Due time to reflect 18 August 2023. 

Amendment 0005 - Solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0075 is cancelled in its entirety effective 7/18/2023. A new solicitation will be issued at a future date on SAM Contract Opportunities. 

This acquiistion anticipates to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation. The following will be required:
a. CLIN 0001AA, External Lighting Kit (ELK), Part Number: LS1094231, NSN: 6220-01-685-4051, Quantity: 997
b. CLIN 0002AA, Extended Tow Bar Kit, Part Number: LS1094401, NSN: N/A, Quantity: 423

Attachments 0001 - 0004 requires the vendor to be certified. Specifically Attachment 0004 is export controlled. Vendors must email the POCs indicated in this posting for access to these attachments. These attachments require validation prior to access and vendors must follow the actions below.

Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/ Canada Joint Certification Program (JSP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the Technical Data (TDP) for this solicitation.
