This is a tw o-phase, Design//Build, 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA are now available through the System for Aw ard Management (SAM), available at ww .sam.gov. Off erors must comply w ith the requirements of 52.204-7, 52.204-8, 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM.
