This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13.5; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25622Q0736_1 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action will require the Contractor to perform contractor to provide preventative maintenance and service on the Bayer injector equipment at the Michael E. Debakey Medical Center located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77030. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, travel, and supervision for the calibration, preventive, and/or corrective maintenance services to all government-owned equipment listed in PWS, for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. The contract will commence for a base period on 08/01/2023 through 07/31/2024 and will have four (4) twelve-month Option Years (OY). Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 811210 (Facilities Management) and the size standard is $34M. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 (03/16/2023).
