Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for five prefabricated work sheds and installation for the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary in Key West and Key Largo, FL.
Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 332311 and is set aside 100 percent for small business. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. Award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM.
Site visit
A site visit is strongly encouraged. Quoters are strongly encouraged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the performance of the contract, to the extent such information is reasonably obtainable. In no event will a failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award of the contract.
