Description
Naval Hospital Jacksonville Florida has a requirement to provide maintenance and Internet connectivity to Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Branch Health Clinic Mayport’s and other supported commands.
To be considered for this opportunity, the vendor must complete and return the attached SF1449; no other format will be accepted.
To complete SF1449, fill out blocks 17a and 30a-c on page 1, complete all of page 3, and insert vendor's prices beginning on page 4 within the CLINS. For pricing, the vendor must insert the unit price as well as the net amount.
