Description

This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.

The U.S. Army, Military and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Carson, Colorado’s intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract to provide High Definition (HD) Cable Television Services for the Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) located at Fort Carson, Colorado 80913. The anticipated period of performance for this contract is a twelve (12) month base year plus four (12) month option periods.

This announcement constitutes a sources sought for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement.

Anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code

The NAICS Code for this requirement is 515210 –Cable Television Services and the Size Standard is $41.5 Million.

Response to this announcement shall not to exceed 10 pages and should include the following information:

1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm’s ability to provide the related services; (2) The respondents DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, etc.,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code; (3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format; (4) Comments or suggested changes to the Government's NAICS Determination. Please e-mail any questions and your response to Contracting Specialist, SSG Domenico Torello at domenico.torello.mil@army.mil, with the subject line "Sources Sought MICC018117” by 1:00 PM MT ON 06/10/2022.

This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organizations qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in SAM.GOV. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.

Confidentiality. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
