HANNIBAL LOCK AND DAM ROOFING REPLACEMENT

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement to replace roofing at Hannibal Lock and Dam, Monroe County, Hannibal, Ohio. The work includes the removal and replacement of nine (9) machinery house roofs, one (1) middle wall pier roof, and one (1) land wall pier roof. These eleven (11) roofs are located on the service bridge of Hannibal Lock and Dam. 9/16/22: Amendment 0003  issued to 1) Cancel the Invitation For Bid (IFB) in accordance w ith FAR Subpart 14.404-1(c)(8). The IFB is being converted to a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance w ith FAR 14.404(e)(1) and FAR 14.404(f ) and 2) extend the due date for submission of offers from September 9, 2022 to September 21, 2022.

10/13/22:: Amendment 0004 issued to 1) Provide notification that no award will be made for this acquisition, 2) Cancel this Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation and 3) Provide notification of the Government’s intent to repackage and resolicit this requirement in FY23.
