Description
This is a Facility Support Service, a Recurring and a Non-recurring Work Items Contract “Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) for General and Medical Wastes
Collection, Transportation & Disposal Services in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan (U.S. Naval Installations in Kanto Plain)”. The contractor shall provide refuse collection, disposal and recycling services to ensure refuse and recyclables are properly collected and disposed. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and Seven (7) one-year Option Periods plus half year extensions.
This procurement will be issued using Sealed Bidding procedure with the intent to award a single Fixed Price contract. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, confirming to the solicitation, is the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government considering price only factors on the presupposition that required permits/licenses in Japan are held.
Bid shall be priced only in Japanese Yen. Bid not priced in Japanese Yen shall be deemed non-responsive, and will not be eligible for award.
