SP4702-22-R-0012, Original Solicitation Description:

The scope of this requirement is the delivery of a tailored, executive-level, and in-residence business training course to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Acquisition (J7). The requirement being solicited has a period of performance of one base year plus four option years. DLA requires up to 3 course sessions annually.

The Awardee shall be a university or college located within a 300-mile radius of Fort Belvoir, VA, zip code 22060. The Awardee shall be listed in the 2021 Bloomberg Businessweek Top 60 MBA Programs with an Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (“AACSB”) accredited graduate-level business program within the Continental United States (“CONUS”). See Section L & M of the solicitation for comprehensive technical evaluation criteria.

This solicitation is an unrestricted Request For Proposal (RFP) with full and open competition. The applicable
NAICS code for this acquisition is 611430, with a size standard of $13,000,000.00. The applicable PSC is U099,
and the applicable Material Code is # V00007706.
