The purpose of this update is to extend the proposal submission date to 22 April 2022. The Government expects to update this notice no later than 08 April 2022 to provide responses to the questions previously submitted by industry.

This is the Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation Number N6852022R0008 for  Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) Support Services. Please note the change to the solicitation number- the draft solicitation was posted under Presolicitation Notice N6852021R0005. Attached are all solicitation documents.  The Offeror shall submit all volumes of its proposal electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil.  It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor SAM.gov for additional information as the direct method of communication with the Government.

Proposals are due by 12:00 PM EST on Friday 15 April 2022. Offerors shall submit proposals as directed by the RFP.

REQUIREMENT:

COMFRC in support of NAE has a requirement for technical, analytical and managerial services in support of the NAE mission to sustain required current readiness and advance future warfighting capabilities at the best possible cost.  The resultant contract will be a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under which orders will be placed with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINs for services and Cost reimbursable CLINs for travel and incidental materials. Respondents are hereby advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this solicitation. All costs associated with responding to this announcement will be solely at the expense of the interested party.

QUESTIONS:

In accordance with Section L of the RFP, questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) via the Contracting Communication Module (CCM) at https://piee.eb.mil.  Each question or comment should reference the applicable document, page number, and paragraph number.  Offerors shall not include any proprietary information in a question, because the Government will provide the question and answer to all potential offerors.  All questions must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on 29 March 2022.  Questions received after the deadline above may be answered at the Government’s sole discretion.
