Description:

This is a non-personal services contract to provide ARMAG Relocation Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for items specified as Government furnished property. Please see the PWS and technical exhibits for specific details.

This solicitation is a "request for quotations (RFQ)." The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 484110, with a size standard of $34,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be received by the agency before the closing date specified on this announcement.

The Counterdrug Task Force for California is seeking to procure arms vault relocation services. Attachment 1 in the Solicitation document provides the Performance Work Statement with specifications of this requirement. Performance of ARMAG move is on th 30 June 2023.

NOTE: THERE IS A FENCE AT NEW LOCATION. No formal site visit will be scheduled, but address of new location is provided in the Performance Work Statement.
