Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the BIL and F&E funded for Program and Project Schedule Analysis for Replace Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), ATCT, Modernize/Sustain Terminal Facilities.
The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachment pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procure of the services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or response for this announcement and will not reimburse any vendors for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement.
All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to Ms. Katherine Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov and courtesy copy Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at thuylinh.t.trannguyen@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than December 11, 2024 by 1500 ET. Questions received after that date and time will not be considered.
Proposals are due no later than January 17, 2025 by 1500 ET. Any proposal received after 1500 ET on January 17, 2025 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award. Firms submitting an offer must be a Scheduling/Forensic Scheduling firm and/or Consulting firm for scheduling. Offerors that does not provide these services directly (ie. Staffing and recruitment firms) will be deemed nonresponsive and proposals will not be considered for evaluation.
To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with the SIR.
