Description
Notice of intent to Sole Source
The 189th Arkansas Air National Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to AynapseMX, Inc cage code 7MCD2, under authority FAR 13.106-1 (b)- Only one source reasonable available. This is an SBIR Phase III acquisition.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of award action warrant only one source is reasonably available. See attached Contracting Officer justification and approval for details.
