Description
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA), Division of Contract Management (DCM) on behalf of the Center of Mental Health Services intends to negotiate and award a contract without providing for full and open competition (Including brand-name) to Policy Research, Inc., 345 Delaware Ave, Delmar, New York 12054-1905 for the completion and ongoing operation and maintenance of the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) Data Exchange (PDX) system for the overal PATH program.
