NOAA NORTHEAST FISHERIES SCIENCE CENTER-NORTHEAST AND MID-ATLANTIC STUDY FLEET SERVICES

The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is contemplating up to 14 Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) awards from the solicitation to Small Businesses. NOAA intends to award up to 14 contracts to participate in the Study Fleet Program to expand the value of the Study Fleet data to stock and ecosystem assessments, as described in the Performance Work Statement.
