Industry Day - Aviation Fuel Facility and SATOC for Small Construction projects in Soto Cano Honduras

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has two different future requirements at Soto Cano Air Base in Honduras.  The first is for small construction and repair projects.  The anticipated value of individual projects will be less than $750,000 in US Dollars. The projects anticipated for award under the intended contract will include simple construction projects, repairs of existing facility and infrastructure systems, replacement of existing equipment, and similar efforts. 

The second is construction of an Aviation Fuel Facility with an anticipated price range of $25-100M USD.

An Industry Day is offered to share information on these requirements and how to submit a proposal. USACE is seeking contractors with experience in design, construction and repair of facilities, utilities, and infrastructure. 

Contractors are encouraged to begin the registration process prior to the conference in the systems listed on this page to ensure that they can download solicitations when they become available.  Solicitations will only be announced on https://SAM.gov and can only be downloaded from and proposals submitted through https://piee.eb.mil.

The industry day event will begin at 9:00 AM CST on Thursday, 18 July 2024, at the Soto Cano Air Base Palmerola Comayagua BLDG H-402 Palmerola, Comayagua, Comayagua Honduras.

It has not yet been determined how the work will be advertised, but the intent is to generate broad interest. Contract advertisement is anticipated as early as Fall 2024.
