Combined Custodial Pre Solicitation Conference

The purpose of the upcoming Combined Custodial Services Pre-Solicitation Industry Engagement Day is to solicit interest from potential offerors who could provide custodial services for Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Spangdahelm Air Base (SAB) and or Geilenkirchen (GK).  The Government seeks to provide industry more insight into the Government’s requirements and allow potential Offerors the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on both the work to be performed and the contract specifics. A detailed agenda will be provided prior to the Pre-Solicitation Industry Engagement Day.  All briefings and one-on-one discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level.  

Those who are interested in attending this event are requested to respond to this notice by e-mailing the Government POCs on your submitted filled out registration form no later than 31 August 2023. Interested participants must notify both Government POCs on the same response email Ms. Anna Gnatowska: anna.gnatowska@us.af.mil  and Mr. Autry Fontenot: autry.fontenot.2@us.af.mil no later than 31 August 2023.  

The Government briefings will take place on 15 September 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (CET).  One-on-one meetings will be offered virtually via Teams or Zoom on 18 September 2023.  The Government will have 10 One-on-One slots available to first come, first serve.  If desired, please request in a timely manner. Time slots for one-on-one opportunities will be limited to no more than 15 minutes per vendor. No later than 11 September 2023, the Government will send an email confirmation verifying successful receipt of registration along with one-on-one meeting confirmations and a final agenda.

Potential Offerors are encouraged to submit questions in advance but are not required to do so. A summary of all questions and answers during the general session will be made available to all participants the following week. A summary of only releasable questions and answers arising during the one-on-one meetings will be posted to SAM.GOV the following week as well.  

This Industry Day Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This Industry Engagement Day Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever.  Furthermore, the Government is not, at this time, seeking proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Industry Day Notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendees for travel expenses or marketing efforts. All costs associated with responding to this Industry Day Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.
