Project Title: Security Systems Services/Keyless Door Locks

This Request for Quote is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.   This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.   

This procurement is being issued as a Full and Open Competition under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561621, “Security Systems Services”, with a size standard of 25,000,000 employees.

Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Performance Work Statement (PWS)and Salient Characteristics for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition.  Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. 

The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). 

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).  Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. 

A site visit is scheduled for 11 May 2023 at 9:00 AM PST at 1472 Nevada Ave. Building 8290, Vandenberg CA 93437. The Site Visit is optional but highly recommended.

Submit the names (Last, First, Middle as it appears on their state driver’s license) and company name of all attendees to Tonia Gladen at tonia.gladen.1@spaceforce.mil prior to 9 May 2023 at 12:00 PM PST. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees.

Any questions or comments must be submitted to tonia.gladen.1@spaceforce.mil and christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil  via email no later than (NLT) 12:00 PM PDT on 16 May 2023.  Answers will be returned on or about 18 May 2023.  Quotes are due NLT 23 May 2023 at 9:00 PM PDT.  Additionally, all quotes should be good through 31 July 2023.

Offers must be submitted in writing and ONLY via email to tonia.gladen.1@spaceforce.mil  and christopher.hummel.6@spaceforce.mil.  Oral offers will not be accepted.  Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted.
