The USPFO for Maine has issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) under W912JD24Q0025 in support of the New England CERFP Collective Training Event, Colchester, VT. This requirement is being competed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 ? Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as authorized by FAR subpart 13.5. ? Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code ? 611519 ? Other Technical and Trade Schools. Award shall be made based on the best overall quote that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government. The Government reserves the right to make no award, depending on the quality of quote received, prices submitted and the availability of funds.
