Description
The U.S. Embassy London has a requirement for preventative maintenance of the Mechanical Sliding Vehicle Gates within the US Embassy, London, United Kingdon for a period of Base year and 3 option years.
Only companies specializing in this field should apply for a solicitation package and present proof of their qualifications
and previous appropriate work.
It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued at over $30,000 to register on a website called “SAM –System for Award Management” www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM and a CAGE code are required. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, either in
obtaining the numbers or registering in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in finalizing an award.
Please note that the RFQ documentation is not yet ready to be issued. The solicitation will be published on SAM.gov under RFQ #19UK5624Q0002. Once the RFQ is published, vendors will then have thirty (30) days to send their proposals for evaluation.
Interested vendors should contact London Procurement at LondonProc@state.gov before 29th November 2023, at 12:30 PM - UK Time.
