Description
The performance of DHS HSEN project management support activities, project artifact development, artifact organization and configuration management, and project management (PM) support activities. The Contractor must consider the changing technologies, evolving project methodologies such as Agile, project scope and scale in the performance of SOW requirements.
DHS HSEN project support services shall provide well defined, repeatable, accurate, timely, and well executed processes that produce quality and cost effective services, work products and IT solutions. Performance shall provide defined processes for the planning and executing of current and evolving DHS HSEN activities.
