Description
The Sandbag filling machine must have:
winged walls for Heavy Equipment to fill the hopper
ability to seal or sew sandbags closed
agitator for the hopper
utilize non-proprietary bags
900 Sandbags a hour
plug in or gas motor powered
Minimum 1 cu-yd of sand in the hopper
