Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation 36C24725Q0074 is issued as a request for quotation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as A SDVOSB set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 492110 and small business size 1500 employees. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Networking Office 7 is looking to award a firm-fixed price contract and reimbursement will be on a per-delivery run basis. Courier Services for the Hinesville Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Hinesville, Georgia, Savannah Primary Care Clinic (SPCC) located in Savannah, Georgia, Brunswick CBOC, GA, Beaufort Primary Care Clinic (BPCC) located in Beaufort, SC, CBOC Myrtle Beach located in Myrtle Beach, SC, Myrtle Beach Annex located in Myrtle Beach, SC, James Island Annex, SC; Montague Avenue Bldg., North Charleston, SC; Optometry Clinic, C&P Building, Naval Weapons Station (Goose Creek CBOC) in Goose Creek, SC, Trident Community Based Outpatient Clinic (TCBOC), Mental Health Clinic located in North Charleston, SC, Community Resource & Referral Center (CRRC), TeleMental Health Building (TMH Building), Brunswick CBOK located in Brunswick, GA; and Eye Clinic/Sleep Lab located in Goose Creek, SC. TERMS: This requirement incorporates one or more clauses/provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
