R497--Pharmacist Letter and Pharmacy Technician Letter Subscription

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to award a sole source contracts to Therapeutic Research Center, LLC for Pharmacist Letter and Pharmacy Technician Letter located at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock, Arkansas. The procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The VA facility has a requirement for a contractor to provide secure web-based access for pharmacists, on-line subscription to Pharmacist s Letter and Pharmacy Technicians with Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and approved continuing education (CE) and live webinars. The web based database must be accessible concurrently. Based on market research, it has been determined that Therapeutic Research Center, LLC is the only vendor capable of providing all the required services. This notice is being distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 519290, Web Search Portals and All Other Information Service. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B).
