Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Northeast: I-469, then following city limits of Fort Wayne, IN

Additional Requirements:

- Access to a Sallyport is required. An enclosed Sallyport is preferred
- Two (2) holding cells will be required in the detainee area of the offered space
- Access to a gym with locker rooms
- ICE shall not be located within 1 mile of residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
