Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Indiana

City: Fort Wayne

Delineated Area:

North: Carroll Road

West: North Johnson, South Johnson, S 800 E-92

Southwest: Route 24, Homestead Road, I-69 South: I-469

East: I-469

Northeast: I-469, then following city limits of Fort Wayne, IN

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,909

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,204

Additional Requirements:

  • Access to a Sallyport is required. An enclosed Sallyport is preferred
  • Two (2) holding cells will be required in the detainee area of the offered space
  • Access to a gym with locker rooms
  • ICE shall not be located within 1 mile of residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
