Description

The Government seeks qualified design-build construction contractors to establish a pool of vendors for multiple award IDIQ contracts.  This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with Acceptable Past Performance source selection and 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses.  The work to be performed consists of, but is not limited to, design-build construction of a broad range of maintenance, repair, paving, trenching, minor construction/alteration and renovation work on real property of low- to high-complexity at Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB) NM, including the airfield and federal real property within a 100-mile radius of the HAFB post office, excluding areas within the State of Texas.  Fair Opportunity Ordering Procedures include Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable, Past Performance/Price tradeoff, Best Technical Value tradeoff, and Simplified evaluation approaches.  $400M ceiling over an up to 10-year ordering period, with on- and off-ramping potential.
