General: In accordance with VAAR 819.7008 Sole Source Awards to Verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (Deviation) under the authority 38 U.S.C. 8127(b), the VA intends to award on a sole source basis. Description/Specifications: Provide construction services to include labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other services necessary for Project 668-23-104, REPAIR Water Main at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, Spokane, Washington. There is a leak from an underground water main loop West of Building 40. The leak can be observed emitting water from the ground. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million. This project is to repair a water main at the Spokane VAMC campus.
