Items will be procured on the basis of FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Special measurements will be procured on the basis of FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination.

The solicitation will be issued as two 100% small business set aside procurements in two mutually exclusive lots and will result in two firm fixed price contracts. Evaluation shall occur on a Best Value basis, with the following non-price evaluation factors. These factors are considered more important than price.

On the DLA Internet Bulletin Board System (DIBBS) Home Page, click the VENDOR REGISTRATION link to begin the registration process.  2. In order to register for access to secure portions of DLA DIBBS, the company you are representing must already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).  3.
