NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, located at 700 Robbins Ave Philadelphia PA 19111, awarded contract N0018922PZ472 to Pearson Education, Inc. of Hoboken, NJ in the total firm-fixed price (FFP) amount of $399,900.00 on 20 September 2022. The award was made on a sole source basis and provides for 2,580 copies of the textbook “Ethics & Moral Reasoning for Naval Leaders”, 1st Print Edition, ISBN #9780138109493. The sole source nature of this requirement is based on the determination that Pearson Education is the only vendor that can produce and deliver the Ethics and Moral Reasoning for Naval Leaders, 1st Edition textbook as they own the copyrights.
