Description:

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. The ACC-APG Tenant Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to EXECUTIVE INFORMATION SYSTEMS LLC (Cage Code: 1NM64, Large Business)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), Tenant Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), 6472 Integrity Court, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005 has a requirement to procure the following:

Required: This purchase will give the Development Capabilities Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC), Research and Operations (R&O) Directorate to procure JPM Pro Statistical Analysis Software. Tools within the software that will be utilized by engineers and scientists include the toolsets of the base software as well as cross-validated predictive modeling, generalized regression modeling and analysis, and use of deep neural machine learning tools to enhance model application and screening, among other advanced toolsets.
