Description
The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for the preventative maintenance services for exterior façade window for the new Embassy compound (NEC) located at Boulevard Austriaco 11-51, Zone 16.
The U.S. Embassy – Guatemala requires an experienced contractor to provide all necessary mechanical and cleaning personnel, supervision, and cleaning materials to efficiently accomplish the required services. Service will include inspection, planning, and cleaning services to the NEC windows.
The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on Contract Opportunities website when it is available. (www.SAM.gov)
SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective quoters are required to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
