Description

The TH-1H requires updated software to sustain the fleet. BCC 2.0 will incorporate seventeen Software Change Requests (SCRs) which affects the Operational Flight Programs (OFP) for the Multi-Function Display (MFD) software. TH-1H software sustainment provides updated software which corrects deficiencies and provides enhancements to the affected software. BCC 2.0 will implement multiple SCRs for the MFDs, including fixes to multiple annunciators displays to include warnings, cautions, advisories and exceedances, addition of further available information to the attitude indication, and modifying/adding certain data storage protocols and retrieval capabilities.

This Request for Proposal is anticipated to result in a Definitive contract with a period of performance of 28 months. The pricing arrangement shall be a mix of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Reimburseable No Fee (CRNF). Proposals are due by 5:00 PM on 24 July 2024.
