Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Power Office, has a requirement for National Pollutant Elimination System (NPDES) oil and grease analysis. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote is the second full week of January 2025. The anticipated award date is the second week of March 2025. Reclamation intends to award one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract with a period of performance up to five years. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a quote for this requirement.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is B533, Special Studies/Analysis-Water Quality. The small business size standard is 19.0M.

These item(s) will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement will be issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.

Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this acquisition.
