Intent to Sole Source - AccessXpert Electronic Door Software Replacement Service

This is an intent to Sole Source notice to award the AccessXpert Electronic Door Software Replacement Service to Albireo Energy.

The vendor must be a Certified Partner with Schneider Electric (SE) Master EcoXpert. The vendor’s Master EcoXpert Status must be held with 2nd and 3rd level support for technical, engineering, troubleshooting, and training through SE knowledge based and SE Subject Matter Experts such as the SE Solution Architect Support Team.

DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Officer Training School (OTS) at Maxwell AFB has a requirement to obtain the continuum software on the OTS campus and AccessXpert electronic door software to integrate with the continuum software already installed at the Vigilant Warrior (VW) training campus. Once obtained, the system will enable centralized control of all cameras, doors, gates, and PA systems both on Maxwell AFB and at VW. OTS currently maintains a Closed Campus Concept and the security of the three locations is paramount in the safety and security of the students, staff, and guests year round. The system has been integrated using a Pelco (LAN-SEC-UP) and CCTV system software to monitor campus facilities and grounds.  Integrating the OTS Campus with VW continuum software with the AccessXpert electronic door software will allow in the event that there was an emergency either site could be controlled with the AccessXpert software. With the OTS Campus intregrated to the VW continuum through AccessXpert this would allow control over the system from both locations.
