General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Large specialty vehicles Dimension: 9 ft wide, 21 feet long, 10 feet high.  Two of the twelve large specialty vehicles dimensions: 29 feet long, 9 feet wide, and 13.25 feet high.

- No ceiling required (16'-0" minimum vertical clearance).

- Two (2) motorized 12'-0" W x 14'-0" H roll-up doors. Roll-up doors must be provided with all safety features and with heavy-duty slide bolts at the bottom of the door on both sides.

- One (1) pedestrian door must be provided leading to the exterior (adjacent to roll-up          door) with hardware function 7 (3-point latching device) with access control keypad            (including all conduits and power).

-Building must also be climate controlled (heating and cooling)

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
