Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), intends to make a single award of a service type contract with firm fixed prices to a responsible contractor for the inspection of fire detection, fire suppression, and backflow at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Three Rivers, located at 1700 Hwy. 72 West, Three Rivers, TX, 78071.

The contemplated award will consist of a base year plus 4 year option contract. General information regarding the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and its facilities can be located at www.bop.gov. The contractor's place of performance will be at the FCI and Camp. The contractors must walk and look over all fire detection and suppression related devices throughout both sites.

Contractor shall inspect and test fire alarm devices in accordance to NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm Code and the Occupational Safety and Environmental Health Manual. This inspection is to be conducted by a certified service representative for compliance with the latest edition of NFPA 72 in accordance to the statement of work.
