Description
FY24 Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve
The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve
REQUIREMENTS
1. The contract will be for one base year with the possibility of extending services up to four
additional years. This contract shall be a firm fixed-price, annual lump sum.
2. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, transportation
and equipment necessary to accomplish the work under this contract.
3. The contractor shall follow all the Park¿s policies, procedures and guidance regarding
performing work activities on federal lands.
4. The services shall be provided at:

Chalmette Battlefield and National Cemetery,
8606 W St Bernard Hwy, Chalmette, LA

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 532420. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract.
Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, requirement adherence, and past relevant experience.
Bids must arrive by email to Dallas_Harper-Staub@nps.gov by the closing date noted in this solicitation.
