773 FSS - Security Camera Surveillance System

 The purpose of this amendment is to:

• Answer two questions that were asked after the amendment post.
• Removal of the requirement to place any system components into the director's office. (Ensure to read all attached documents thouroghly)

 The purpose of this amendment is to:

• Post Questions and Answers from the Site Visit that took place on 08 August 2023. Please see attachment titled "Site Visit Questions and Answers"
• Post site visit photos. Please see attachment titled "Site Visit Photos - 8 August 2023 "
• Update interior layout of the building. Please see attachment titled "Interior Layout"
• Update the Statement of Work to reflect additional camera in the mechanical room and placement of monitoring system in Bldg. 753 - Arts and Crafts Center. (It’s the responsibility of the vendor to read the SOW in its entirety) 
• Change the NAICS Code from 334290 - Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing to 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors.
• Extend the date to submit finalized quotes. All finalized quotes shall be submitted no later than Tuesday, 22 August by 4:00 PM AKST.

All quotes shall be FOB destination with a lead time of 120 Days After Date of Contract (ADC). Include any discounts that may apply. WARRANTY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN RESPONSE TO THE RFQ. Please submit quote for individual line item.

IMPORTANT: QUOTE MUST NOT EXPIRE PRIOR TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2023.

This solicitation is for all or none. Ensure all electronic equipment follows the Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services Clause Guidance. To include but not limited to FAR Clauses 52.204-25 and 52.204-26. Any questions regarding covered telecommunications guidance can be found on https://www.acquisition.gov/.

The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This solicitation will incorporate a site visit to allow any interested vendors the ability to see the building layout. The site visit will be on Tuesday, 08 August 2023 at 10:00 AM Alaska Standard Time (AKST). All vendors shall plan to meet at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Boniface Visitor Center no later than 9:40 AM AKST. If you are going to attend the site visit, please fill out the information on the Base Access Info document attached. Every contractor who wishes to attend the site visit must provide their information. Please return the attached Base Access Info document to listed POC's no later than Friday, 04 August by 4:00 PM AKST. All questions regarding this solicitation and/or site visit must be sent to the POC's no later than Friday, 11 August by 4:00 PM AKST. Answers will be added to the solicitation via amendment no later than Tuesday, 15 August by 4:00 PM AKST. All finalized quotes shall be submitted no later than Friday, 18 August by 4:00 PM AKST.
