The purpose of this project is to renovate several rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors of building 28 to expand the rooms for other purposes. Scope includes, but is not limited to, the repair by replacement of the following systems: interior painting, exterior painting, flooring, mechanical heating/cooling systems, electrical distribution, lighting, exterior doors, and interior doors.

The subject of this Project is expansion of the existing conference room 136 to fit a much larger conference space 30+ person plus telecommunication equipment. The work shall include removal of a wall between rooms 135/136 as shown in red in the graphic below and one (1) door shall be removed entering 136. A 2 inch or lower, Low Profile Raised Access Floor with designed covered floor plus some consequential electrical and HVAC changes to accommodate the renovated space.

The construction effort will consist of the removal of two walls on the third floor of Building 28 at Camp Kościuszko, Poznan, Poland. The walls to be removed are located between rooms 319/320 partial wall removal room 318/319 with the wall being boxed off at the entrance.as shown in red in the graphic below. The construction effort also includes the patching, painting, and finishing of the floors, walls, and ceiling after the walls are removed to create a complete and useable space.

In carrying out the work assignment issued under the contract, the Contractor shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work set forth herein.
