Monaco Equipment

We are anticipating a Sole Source for this requirement with the expectation that it will be awarded to Monaco. Monaco Enterprises computer and all peripheral computer/software components are proprietary in nature. Any and all maintenance (physical and software based) must be certified and approved by Monaco Enterprises per their company policy. It is MAJCOM mandated that we use Monaco Equipment. Required Service:

1. Move existing RFM-X modem and 24 port Ethernet switch from dispatchers desk at FS1 ECC to existing rack in FS1 Supervisor’s office, to include: 
a. New low loss coax cable and connectors 

2. Provide and install two (2) Text to Speech software upgrades, one for S1 Primary at Bldg 1434 and one for S2 Redundant at Bldg 110 
3. Provide and install a system upgrade for D-21 Command Decision Display Tools (CDDT) 
4. Provide Risk Management Framework (RMF Ready) upgrade for the following Monaco computer systems at Aviano AB: 
a. Primary S1 CPU at Bldg 1434 
b. Redundant S2 CPU at Bldg 110 
c. Client C1 at FS1 EOC, supervisor’s office 
d. View Generator at Bldg 1434 
e. Video Server at FS1 EOC, supervisor’s office 

f. Video Clients C1 and C2 at FS1 EOC, supervisors office 
g. Video Client C3 at Bldg 110 
h. Provide a copy of the SCAP scan results once the DISA STIG’s are applied for each server/workstation 

5. Provide and install Entry Door Communication system, additional PA components and Cameras, to include: 

a. Network Camera, 180 degree, wall mount 
b. Mag Lock system on FS1 dispatch door+keypad and push to exit button 
c. Mag Lock system on FS1 front entry door tied to the GPIO+push to exit button 
d. Provide and install two (2) speakers inside of Bldg 1437 
e. Provide and install three (3) speakers on each exterior wall of Bldg 1437 
f. Provide and install two (2) outside speakers, one each at the rear and west side of Bldg 1434 
g. Provide, install and convert fourteen (14) exterior doors to maglock, to be controlled by the ECC 
h. Provide and install two (2) front door phone with camera in the main gym 

6. Installation of seven network switches purchased against Q44369-1 
7. Test and verify the D-21 computers in the system are synchronized 
8. Verify network connectivity at all installation facilities 
9. Validate the system performance after installation 
10. Provide up to 12 hours of D-21 operator training after system initialization while the installation technician is on-site 
11. At the conclusion of the project vendor will provide forms, system drawings, and documentation to detail the work that has been completed
