Description
Contractor is required to provide construction services to include all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, accessories, and transportation necessary to construct a single story 16? x 40? office building with associated LED lighting, electrical and communication/data outlets, HVAC, fire sprinklers, office furniture and carpet; upon completion shall be ready to use. Contractor shall accomplish work in accordance with the requirements in this SOW. This contract shall conform to applicable UFGS, UFC-600-01-Fire Protection Engineering for Facilities, UFGS-Division 21 Fire Suppression Sections, International Plumbing Code (IPC), NFPA, NEC, and compliance with local, state and federal codes. The attached Appendices- Drawings SINGLE MODULAR OFFICE INTERIOR LAYOUT, which show the schematic location of the office and the office furniture that shall be furnished and installed inside this modular office.Please reference the attached synopsis.
