General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area:
North: AR-365 (Sheridan Rd) from Bryant Street to Jefferson Parkway to N. Hutchinson Street to AR-365 to BUS US-65 to Market Street, along Market Street to Saracen Resort Drive and back to US65;
South: Miramar Drive, which becomes W. 17th Avenue, which then becomes W. 16th Avenue and then becomes Harding Avenue (AR-190) continuing to US-65;
East: US-65 from Market Street to E. Harding Avenue;
West: Bryant Street to BUS US-65 to S. Hutchinson St. to W Barraque St. to S. Blake St. to Miramar Drive.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
